Paragraph (*a*) of subsection (2) of section 34 of the Bank of Sierra Leone Act, 1963 as amended by the Bank of Sierra Leone (Amendment) Act, 1970 is hereby repealed and replaced by the following new paragraph— [Margin: Repeal and replacement of section 34 (2) (*a*) of Act No. 10 of 1970.] A 80 No. 9 *Bank of Sierra Leone (Amendment)* 1974 [Margin: Act. No. 6 of 1963.] "(*a*) shall not, in total amount outstanding exceed at any time ten per cent of the estimated recurrent budget revenue as laid before Parliament for the Government financial year in which the advances are granted;".
