Section 116, The Local Government Act, 2004

Except otherwise expressly provided, the publication ofany notice or other document required by this Act to be published shall be deemed to be duly made if it is fixed in some conspicuous place on or near the outer door of the office of the Local Council Chief Administrator during office hours, and also in some other conspicuous place or situation in the locality.
