Section 7, The Unlawful Seizure of Aircraft Act, 1974 [Margin: Short title.]

(1) Except as otherwise provided in any treaty in force between Sierra Leone and the requesting State, a person alleged to have committed an act which, if committed in Sierra Leone would be an offence under section 1, shall be extradited to the requesting State if the latter grants reciprocity. [Margin: Act No. 60 of 1962.] (2) Any offence punishable under section 2 shall be deemed to be included in the list of extraditable offences contained in the Fourth Schedule to the Extradition Act, 1962.
