Section 46, The Education Act, 2004

(1) The charges, including fees payable in privateschools shall be fixed before the beginning of every school year and
shall remain unchanged throughout that year.
(2) Pursuant to subsection (1), the Minister shall cause
every private school to be inspected periodically so as to ensure
that fees payable are commensurate with the facilities provided.
