Section 13, **The Pensions and Retiring Benefits of Presidents and Vice-Presidents Act, 1986** [Margin: Short title.]

(1) A retired President or Vice-President shall be paid in a lump sum his salary in respect of all leave earned by him throughout the period he held office as President or Vice-President up to the time he retired from that office, but not consumed. (2) The salary to be employed in the computation of leave pay under this section shall be the last drawn salary of the President or Vice-President prior to his retirement.
