(1) All bills for electricity and water consumed in and any other rates and taxes imposed on or in respect of office and residential accommodation of a retired President to which this Act relates shall be paid by the State.
(2) All bills for electricity and water consumed in and any other rates and taxes imposed on or in respect of one residential accommodation of a retired Vice-President shall be paid by the State.
