Section 21, The Architects Act, 1986

Except where otherwise provided by this Act, any person who contravenes any provision of this Act shall be guilty of an offence and liable on summary conviction, to a fine not exceeding five hundred leones, or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding one year or to both.
