The Parties agree to the following further amendment to the Licence: At the end of Clause 5 of the Licence, the full stop is changed to a comma and the following phrase is hereby added: "as amended by the Exploration, Mining and Processing of Mineral Oil (Amendment No. 2) Agreement (1986)."
