Section 1: In these Regulations, unless the context otherwise requires–

“Act” means the Borrowers and Lenders Act, 2014 (Act No. 13 of 2014); “address” means- (i) a physical address or a post office box number, city, postal code and country; or (ii) an electronic address; Short tittle Interpretations.
