Section 13, The Borrowers and Lenders Act, 2014

(1) Where the lender is a natural person, the lender’sidentity shall be the name of the lender or his representative that appears in any relevant official document issued to that person. (2) Where the lender is a legal person, the lender’s identity shall be the name of the lender or his representative as it appears in the most recent document constituting the legal person.
