Section 5, The West Africa Health Examination Board Act, 1986

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, the Minister responsible for Health or any other person authorised by the Minister may, on behalf of the Government of Sierra Leone do any act which may require to be done for the purpose of giving full effect to the provisions of the Constitution.
