Section 170 of the Income Tax Act, 2000 is amended by therepeal and replacement of subsection (1) with the following new “(1) Forms, notices, returns, statements, tables, compliance certificates and other documents prescribed or published by the Commissioner- General shall be in such form including electronic and machine readable form as the Commissioner- General may determine.”
