The Goods and Services Tax Act, 2009 is amended inparagraph 2 of the Second Schedule by inserting the following
immediately after the word ‘polishing” in the “Description” –
3. Supply of port services in respect of the import of rice is
exempt being an exempt supply under paragraph 3 of the Second
Schedule.”
