Section 2: Sub-paragraph (v) of paragraph (b) of section 9 of the

Income Tax Act, 2000 is amended by the repeal and replacement of
sub-paragraph (v) by the following new sub-paragraph–
“(v) a public educational institution that is wholly
or partly funded by the Government of Sierra
Leone from the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
