The Schedule to the Customs Tariff Act, 1978, being theexternal tariff of the Republic of Sierra Leone is amended in Part II by
the repeal and replacement of item (w) with the following new item-
(w) “for raw materials (for any manufacture) each
under their substantive H.S. Codes, the
import duty rate is 5%”.
