Section 103, The Insurance Act, 2016

The Minister shall, every year, cause to be published insuch manner as he may direct a summary of the accounts, balance statements, abstracts and other returns under this Act or purporting to be under this Act which have been furnished in pursuance of the provisions of this Act, to the Commissioner during the year preceding the year of publication and may append to such summary any note of the Commissioner and any correspondence.
