If the auditor has made any report to the directors of adomestic insurer in connection with the financial affairs of the insurer
or the management of a registered foreign insurer in connection with
the financial affairs in Sierra Leone of the foreign insurer, a copy of
the report shall be forwarded to the Commissioner.
