Section 85: Every policy issued in Sierra Leone to a person resident in

Sierra leone shall be governed by the Laws of Sierra Leone and shall
be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sierra Leone
notwithstanding any provision to the contrary in the policy or in an
agreement relating to the policy.
