Section 13, The National Youth Service Act, 2016

For the purposes of section 12, the Minister shall have theresponsibility to– (a) build and sustain an enabling environment for the operations of the Service ; (b) oversee the proper implementation of this Act; and (c) formulate and review policy and its implementation accordingly;
