Section 23, The National Youth Service Act, 2016

The activities of the Service shall be financed by fundsconsisting of– (a) monies appropriated from time to time by Parliament for the purposes of the Service based on the estimated annual income and expenditure of the Service ; (b) income earned by the Service; (c) research grants, gifts or donations from any person or authority ; and (d) monies otherwise accruing to the Service in the course of its activities.
