Section 25, The National Youth Service Act, 2016

(1) The Executive-Director shall within three months afterthe end of each financial year, submit to the Board for approval an annual report of the activities , operations, undertakings, property and finances of the Service for that year. (2) A copy of the annual report approved by the Board shall be sent to the Minister not later than four months after the end of the year to which the report relates and the Minister shall, as soon as possible, but not later than two months after the receipt of the report cause the report to be laid before Parliament. (3) The financial year of the Service shall be the same as that of the Government. PART VI –ENLISTMENT AND OTHER RELATED PROVISIONS
