Section 59, The Petroleum Regulatory Agency Act, 2014

(1) The form of a licence for the transport of petroleum inbulk –
(a) by means of pipelines shall be as set out
under Part V of the First Schedule; or
(b) over land as set out under Part VI of the First
Schedule .
