Section 33, The Public Financial Management Act, 2016

(1) The State budget shall be laid before Parliament bythe Minister not later than two months before the beginning of the financial year to which it relates. (2) The Minister shall obtain approval of Cabinet before laying the State budget before Parliament. (3) On the submission to Parliament under subsection (1) of section 32, the Minister shall publish the State budget documents in the Gazette and the website of the Ministry.
