(1) The Minister may delegate in writing any of hisresponsibilities under section 5 to the Financial Secretary or to any
other public officer in the Ministry.
(2) Any function delegated under subsection (1) does
not divest the Minister of the responsibility for the function or the
exercise of any power thereunder.
