Section 61, The Public Financial Management Act, 2016

(1) There shall be a commitment control system whichmaintains records of annual and multiannual commitments assumed
or approved under section 59 and 60.
(2) The Minister shall by statutory instrument to
prescribe the functions and operations of a commitment control
system referred to in subsection (1).
