Section 66, The Public Financial Management Act, 2016

(1) Every month, the Accountant-General shall prepareand publish in the Gazette and the website of the Ministry a monthly statement of the Consolidated Fund which includes the actual revenues and expenditures of the Consolidated Fund and any other information as may be deemed appropriate by the Accountant-General. (2) Every quarter, the Accountant-General shall prepare and publish in the Gazette and the website of the Ministry a quarterly statement of the central government which includes- (a) the actual revenues and expenditures of the central government; (b) an overview of progress in budget execution within the central government; and (c) any other information as may be deemed appropriate by the Accountant-General. (3) The Minister shall submit to Parliament for its information a quarterly statement of the central government prepared under Borrowing, guarantees, advances, loans, and donor funds and grants
