Section 30: A College shall have the following membership–

(a) Foundation Fellows, who shall be persons admitted as fellows of the College at its inception; (b) Fellows, Members and Associate Members who have passed the prescribed examinations conducted by the College; (c) Fellows holding equivalent postgraduate qualifications from institutions recognised by the Council, proposed by the Board on the recommendation of the Faculty Board; and the person should have worked in West Africa for at least two years; (d) Honorary Fellows who shall be persons of high distinction as the College may honour.
