(1) The Executive Board shall appoint an internal auditorfor the College, who shall be responsible for the internal audit of the
College.
(2) The Internal Auditor shall be answerable to the
Executive Board.
(3) The Internal Auditor shall submit quarterly audit
reports to the Executive Board through the Registrar.
