(1) Subject to this Act, the Board shall have the controland supervision of the Agency, including overseeing the sound and
proper financial management of the Agency.
(2) The Board shall provide policy guidance and advice
that will secure the efficient implementation of the functions of the
Agency and enhance the overall performance of the Agency.
