After assessing the documentation received in compliancewith section 48 the Agency shall advise the operator within 10 days
which contracts, sub-contracts and purchase orders have been
designated by the Agency for review, and the designated contracts,
subcontracts and purchase orders shall be reviewed to the
satisfaction of the Agency.
