Section 58, The Sierra Leone Local Content Agency Act, 2016

(1) All operators or contractors shall sign an agreementwith the Agency on an annual basis on the obligation to integrate citizens in the workforce. (2) The agreement referred to in subsection (1) shall take into account the current state of development of human resources in the operation. (3) The agreement shall provide - (a) the organisational structure of the company and prospects for its development; (b) the number, roles and occupational profiles of the workforce, both foreign and local including their salary structure at the time of the signing of the agreement; (c) a career plan; (d) a the plan to achieve the goals of integrating personnel who are citizens; and (e) a contract review programmes to adjust to the status of an operation.
