Section 70, The Sierra Leone Local Content Agency Act, 2016

Any person who obstructs, impedes , interferes or fails tocomply with any lawful demand of an authorised officer of the Agency in the performance of his functions under this Act commits an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not below ten million leones (Le10,000,000.00) or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to both the fine and imprisonment.
