Section 10, Development Agency Act, 2016

(1) The Chairman and other members of the Board shallbe paid such remuneration, fees and allowances approved by the Minister and shall be reimbursed by the Agency for expenses incurred whilst discharging their functions, as the Board shall, with the approval of the Minister, determine. (2) Co-opted members of the board under section 8 of section 5 shall be paid such remuneration fees and allowances approved by the Minister and shall be re-imbursed by the Agency for expenses incurred in connection with the discharge of their functions.
