Section 23, Development Agency Act, 2016

(1) The Agency shall, within three months after the endof the financial year, submit to the Minister a report on the performance of its functions together with an audited statement of accounts during that year, its policy and programmes. (2) The annual report shall include the accounts and annual financial statement prepared under section 21 and the report of the audit thereon. (3) The Minister shall lay copies of the annual report and audited statement before Parliament within two months after he has received the report. (4) The Agency shall make copies of the report available to all stakeholders once it has been laid before Parliament.
