(1) The Chairman and other members of the Board shallbe paid such remuneration, fees and allowances approved by the
Minister and shall be reimbursed by the Administration for expenses
incurred in connection with the discharge of their functions.

(2) Persons co-opted by the Board under subsection (8)
of section (6) shall be paid such remuneration, fees and allowances
approved by the Board and shall be reimbursed by the Administration
