Section 15, The Teaching Hospitals Complex Administration Act, 2016

(1) There shall be a Director of the Administration whoshall be appointed by the Board on such terms and conditions as may be specified in his letter of appointment. (2) The Director of the Administration shall– (a) hold an advanced degree in management and administration of public sector institutions, with considerable experience in tertiary hospital management; and (b) be responsible to the Chief Medical Director for the effective functioning of all the administrative divisions of non-clinical departments of the Teaching Hospitals Complex.
