Section 18, The Teaching Hospitals Complex Administration Act, 2016

(1) The activities of the Administration shall be financedby funds consisting of – (a) any monies appropriated from time to time by Parliament for the purposes of the Administration; (b) fees charged for services and facilities provided by the Administration; 12 13 Deputy Chief Medical Director. Funds of No. 8 Teaching Hospitals Complex Administration Act 2016No. 8 Teaching Hospitals Complex Administration Act 2016 (c) all monies given to the Administration by way of gifts, endowments, bequests, grants or other contributions by persons and organisations for the purposes of the Administration; (d) all returns on investment, if any; (e) foreign aid and assistance from donor agencies; and (f) all other moneys which may, from time to time, accrue to the Administration. (2) The funds of the Administration shall be applied only for the purposes of the approved budget of the Administration.
