Section 8, The Teaching Hospitals Complex Administration Act, 2016

(1) No action or other proceedings shall lie or be institutedagainst any member of the Board or member of a committee of the
Board for or in respect of any act or thing done or omitted to be
done in good faith in the exercise of his functions under this Act.
(2) No member of the Board shall be personally liable for
any debt or obligation of the Administration.
