Subsection (1) of section 8 of the Education Act, 1964 is hereby repealed and replaced by the following new subsection— [Margin: Replacement of section 8(1) of Act No. 63 of 1964.] "(1) The Chairman of the Board shall be nominated by the Minister in that behalf.". 10 No. 8 *Education (Amendment)* 1970 Passed in the House of Representatives this *26th* day of *February,* in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and seventy.
