Section 1, The Ports (Amendment) Act, 1970

Section 2 of the Ports Act, 1964, (hereinafter referred to as the Principal Act) is hereby amended by the deletion therefrom of the definition of the "N.R.C. Representative" and the insertion in its proper alphabetical place of the following definition— 2 No. 17 Ports (Amendment) 1970 "Minister" means the Minister for the time being having responsibility for Transport and Communications;".
