Paragraph (*f*) of subsection (1) of section 118 of the Sherbro Urban District Council Act is hereby repealed and replaced by the following new paragraph— "(*f*) the prevention of the obstruction of streets, the airport and other public places by animals and things and the seizure of such animals and things;".
