Section 3, Act, 1999

Where any member of the RUF/SL or the AFRC who has been nominated for any public office is hindered in the holding of that public office because he is not an elector under paragraph (c) of section 75 of the Constitution, the Commission shall afford him every facility to register so as to remove the hindrance.
