Section 2, The Sierra Leone Export Promotion Council Act, 1981 [Margin: Short title.]

(1) There is hereby established a body to be known as the Sierra Leone Export Promotion Council (hereinafter referred to as "the Council") which shall be a body corporate and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal and may sue and be sued in its corporate name. (2) The headquarters of the Council shall be located in Freetown. [Margin: Membership of the Council.]
