Section 5, The Sierra Leone Export Promotion Council Act, 1981 [Margin: Short title.]

(1) The Council shall meet for the conduct of business at such times, places and on such days as the Chairman may appoint but shall meet not less than four times a year. (2) The Chairman may at any time, and shall at the request in writing of not less than four directors of the Council summon an extraordinary meeting. (3) The particulars of the business to be transacted at any meeting or extraordinary meeting shall be circulated to members with the notice of the meeting. [Margin: Conduct of Meetings.]
