Section 3, The Cargo (Clearing and Forwarding) (Amendment) Act, 1981 [Margin: Short title.]

Section 11 of the principal Act is hereby amended as follows— [Margin: Amendment of Section 11 of Act No. 5 of 1974.] (*a*) by deleting at the end of sub-paragraph (*a*) the word "and"; (*b*) by the addition, immediately after sub-paragraph (*b*) the word "and"; and (*c*) by the addition, immediately after sub-paragraph (*b*) the following new sub-paragraph (*c*)— No. 4 *Cargo (Clearing and Forwarding) (Amendment)* 1981 — 9 "(*c*) to impose penalties for breach of any Rules made under this Act.". Passed in Parliament this *27th* day of *March*, in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eighty-one. J. W. E.
