Section 2, The Interpretation (Amendment) Act, 1981 Short title.

Section 4 of the Interpretation Act, 1971 is hereby amended by repealing and replacing the definition of the term "Law Oficer" by the following new definition: <Law Officer""includes the Attorney-General and Minister of Justice, the Solicitor-General, the Director of Public Prosccutions, the First Parliamentary Counsel, the Head of the Civil and Commercial Division, and every State Counsel and Parliamentary Counsel; " Passed in Parliament this 23rd day of July, in the year of cur Lord one thousandnine hundred and eighty-one.
