Section 22, The Persons With Disability Act, 2011

Any contract for employment or for the provision of goods,facilities or services or any other agreement shall be void in-so-far as
it purports to deny any person with disability, any right or privilege
conferred under this Act or in any other way, limits the operation of
this Act.
