Section 27, The Persons With Disability Act, 2011

No person shall, on the grounds of a disability alone, denya person with disability- (a) admission into any premises to which members of the public are ordinarily admitted; or (b) the provision of any services or amenities to which members of the public are entitled, unless the denial is based on a genuine concern for the safety of persons with disability or the public.
