Section 30, The Persons With Disability Act, 2011

(1) Every organization of or for persons with disabilityshall register with the Commission in such form as the Commission
may determine.
(2) All existing organizations of or for persons with
disability shall, within twelve months after the coming into operation
of this Act, register with the Commission in such form as the
Commission may determine.
(3) Every registration shall be renewed annually.
