Section 35: A parent, guardian or next-of-kin or carer who-

(a) conceals a person with disability; or
(b) fails to register a person with disability,
commits an offence and shall on conviction be liable to a fine not
exceeding two million leones or to imprisonment for a term not
exceeding one year or to both the fine and imprisonment.
